The i17 was invited to produce a technical report that focuses on the situation of the retail sector that values the model without package/bulk. An analysis of political and governance barriers that affect greater acceptance of this type of economic model was conducted. A set of policy recommendations were provided to help incorporate sound legislative actions to facilitate the effective adoption of such business models.
